Applicants must meet the following criteria:
You’re a farm owner & own the land
You have access to an active Figured account on a Farm Reporter or Farm Manager subscription
You are over 18 years old
You are a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
Your business is a registered New Zealand business (with a valid NZBN/IRD number)
Applicants must also pass satisfactory AML/identify checks and demonstrate a satisfactory credit history on all business directors/guarantors. A GSA and personal guarantee is also required.
Figured Lending is available for all Halter products and provides a more affordable way for farmers to continue using Halter’s world-leading technology to boost profitability and raise productivity.
It also gives customers the option to pay their subscription on a monthly basis, easing cash flow and avoiding large upfront annual fees. Alternatively, match your repayments to your seasonal cash flows if preferred.
*Heartland Bank Limited’s lending criteria applies and approval time depends on when supporting documents are provided. A GSA and personal guarantee are required. Lending for any vehicle over the value of $5,000 is subject to a SSA.
**Applications above $100,000 do not fall within Figured Lending’s standard approval process and will be referred to Heartland Bank Limited's credit team for review. Alternatively, up to $100,000 could be covered by Figured Lending with the remainder paid directly to supplier.
